At the start of the year, we set out to run a social media census in partnership with Pureprofile. Our mission was to research the Australian landscape and measure our online behaviours, purchasing patterns, and most important, what our communities want to see and hear from us: the brands that market to them. In this report, we uncover insights across the key areas of social media consumption and behaviour patterns across Australians. We uniquely capture the pre and post COVID-19 pandemic outbreak sentiment, surveying in both January and in June 2020.
