We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, and a great team to work with and today we are thrilled to announce that L&A Social have been shortlisted in the B&T Awards 2020 People & Culture category for teams under 100! We are proud of a lot of things at L&A – the clients we work with, the caliber of work we do, and the values we live by – and we know none of that would be possible without our incredible team.
It means the world to us to be shortlisted for the B&T People & Culture Award and to be recognised for the energy and culture we have cultivated together along with the hard work, massive growth, and legendary celebrations that come along with it!
We spend half of our waking lives working and at L&A, and we feel extremely passionate about ensuring that those hours are filled with learning, exploration, play, and exponential growth. Our mission is to leave things better than we found them through connection; this applies to our team, our clients, and the positive impact both of these groups make throughout our greater community.
