Your role will see you working on top tier clients on their social media strategy & implementation, managing team output and working with clients & the business to ensure client KPI’s are effectively met.
Your role will include
-Working with top tier clients (consumer brands), and your co-workers to establish client social media plans & strategies that support their overall marketing activity
-Social media content creation, including copywriting and content planning
-Ensuring content & campaigns are on tone, on brand and engaging
-Organising & briefing photo/video shoots for brands
-Content curation to ensure all content has a consistent tone of voice
-Social media advertising & e-commerce strategy and execution, including utilising Facebook & Instagram advertising varieties and working across Shopify
-Analysing social media activity and ensuring it is hitting client KPI’s & working with clients directly to ensure client happiness
The right individual will have
-Strong client communication & client management experience
-Social media content creation experience, social advertising & strong copywriting
-Ability to communicate seamlessly with clients and team members of all levels
-2-3 years social media & digital agency experience
-Very comfortable using a Mac & Microsoft suite / light Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
-Business Manager / Power Editor & Paid Social Advertising experience & Shopify a bonus
-Extremely positive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges and innovate, while having a fun time doing it
-Successful communicator between clients and internally, well spoken, honest and transparent
-Team player and ability to work well independently
-Thrive on tight deadlines and self motivated
-Ability to organise your own tasks and calendar to ensure work gets done in a timely manner and ability to support & organise a team to ensure deadlines are hit
-Thirst and enthusiasm for knowledge and new skills!
